Returns Policy

At The Malvern Company, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. While we hope you love your items, we understand that sometimes things aren’t quite right. That’s why we offer a 30-day return window, giving you plenty of time — especially for international orders — while helping reduce the environmental impact of excessive return cycles.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order. Items returned after this period are not eligible for a refund.

To help us process your return efficiently, please include your original Packing Slip or Returns Form in your parcel. If you no longer have your original paperwork, you can download and complete our Returns Form below.

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

We’re currently exploring localised return solutions 

Please note: We strongly recommend using a tracked return method. The Malvern Company cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact our team via our Contact Form before returning the item. We'll assist you as soon as possible and ensure the issue is resolved quickly.

Return Condition Guidelines

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Free from stains, marks, odours or damage
  • In their original condition and packaging (where applicable)

If an item is returned to us in a used, worn, or unsellable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. In such cases, you may also incur a £6 / $10 admin fee for returning the goods to you.

Additional Returns Terms

  • Items returned in used or non-original condition are not eligible for a refund.
  • Discounted items (including those purchased using a discount code) qualify for the full 45-day return policy.
  • Multi-buy offers (e.g., "buy 2 get 1 free", or "3 t-shirts for 25% off") must be returned in full to receive a refund.
  • Refunds for items purchased using a gift card will be credited back to the original gift card.
  • Sample sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
  • Custom orders are final and non-refundable due to the made-to-order nature of these products.
